Pot
The pot is a versatile cookware designed to fit inside the tandoor and fulfill the duties of a stockpot, rice cooker and Dutch oven. Temperature reaches up to 300 degrees in the tandoor, heating up the entire cooking surface of the pot consistently and up to the rim, resulting in food that is evenly cooked and deliciously consistent in flavor. Manufactured with advanced hard anodizing technology, the pot is designed to remain safe and resilient despite the tandoor’s extreme heat. All Purpose Pan
The wide rimmed non-stick pan is designed to fit inside the tandoor. With high heat circulating within, the pan is heated up evenly from all directions at once and up to the top. The non-stick pan provides an optimum frying, deep-frying and searing environment requiring minimal oil while providing maximum frying surface. Using the pan, a variety of fried, cooked and baked specialties such as pasta, fish, chicken, seafood, meat, vegetables, stews, sauces, omelets or eggs can be made. Steamer
The steamer is placed inside the pot within the tandoor to create a perfect large sized food steamer that is engineered to remain safe and sound despite the extreme heat produced in the tandoor. Numerous steam holes designed on the top rim and the bottom of the steamer allow for even heat distribution throughout the steaming surface. This enables different food such as meat, fish, chicken, seafood, eggs, peas, corns, eggplants, carrots, potatoes, broccoli and others to be steamed consistently to the core while preserving their nutrients. Although steam cooking is healthy by nature, Nacht is a step ahead of conventional food steamers by ensuring that no harmful ions are transferred into the food during the steaming process. Nacht offers a full barbecue and grilling set featuring the uniquely designed tandoor, a special heat diffuser, a grilling mesh and hard-anodized lid, all engineered to safely resist the extreme heat of the tandoor, exceeding 300°C. The heat diffuser ensures that heat reaches all parts of the grilling mesh evenly, resulting in a deliciously consistent and even cook. A variety of food can be grilled using Nacht including meat specialties such as steaks, hamburgers, kebabs, chicken or fish fillets in addition to vegetables such as eggplants, mushrooms, corncobs, sweet peppers, broccoli and others. By removing the mesh and replacing it with the steamer or placing the food directly on the heat diffuser, whole vegetables such as potatoes can also barbecued. The grill can be used either with the hard-anodized lid or without to modify the degree and texture of the grill to result in a cook that’s rare, medium or well done.
